Kingfish, Clams, Wagyu - it's all on the menu, matched to wines and cocktails. Duncan is here from Adelaide for one night only at Odettes, grab this opportunity before it is all gone! Tickets here.

Kai Tāmaki Makaurau with Peter Gordon at Homeland, Thursday 17 August

Spend an evening with none other than Chef Peter Gordon exploring the best produce available on our doorstep. Peter was just this week recognised in the Cuisine Good Food Awards as the 2023 "Food Legend" and while internationally he may be known as the "Godfather of Fusion Cuisine" to those who know him he is simply on of the best and nicest chefs around. Your experience includes rolling up your sleeves and getting hands on in the cookery school, meeting Master Filleter Dave Ahoia from Kai Ika and preparing canapes under Peter’s guidance. Following this you will be led to the Homeland dining room for a very special 3 course meal.

Nervous? The cocktail on arrival may help to calm your nerves! Tickets available here.

A Tour of Asia for the Chef's Table at East, Wenesday 23 August

Executive Chef Stuart Marsden leads the incredibly diverse East kitchen troupe armed with his extensive culinary career in prominent restaurants across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali and the Blue Breeze Inn, Auckland. Alongside Stuart is Guangzhou-native wok master and Head Chef Vincent Yan who will showcase his mastery in Cantonese cuisine and wok-hei (meaning “breath of the wok”).

If you love modern-Asian cuisine, then this is the event for you. Plus the four course menu is "plant-forward" meaning this is an event vegetarians will love too. It all takes place on the ground floor of the luxurious new Sudima hotel on Nelson St. Grab your tickets here.
