Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. This competition is being run by Lemongrass Productions, in association with Heart of the City and Flight Centre.

2. You can only enter the prize draw once via this form. Duplicate entries will not be valid.

 

3. To be eligible to enter the Competition and win the Prize, participants must be: a) at least 18 years old; b) a New Zealand resident; c) Employees (and their immediate families) of Flight Centre, Lemongrass Productions or Heart of the City, and of their subsidiaries and related entities or of any agency associated with this Competition or sponsor of, Restaurant Month are not eligible to participate in this Competition.

 

4. A winner will be drawn at random on 30 July, 6 August, 13 August, 20 August and 27 August 2025.

 

5. The winner will be notified by email and phone, then the Gift Card will be mailed to them.

 

6. If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, after 3 days the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

 

7. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

8. The Competition opens on Friday 27 June 2025 and closes at 12pm on Wednesday 27 July 2025 (the “Competition Period”).

 

9. You may enter the Competition by entering via the online form, or receive two entries when purchasing a Restaurant Month event ticket via iTicket.

 

10. You may enter the Competition only once during the Competition Period. All duplicate entries will be void.

 

11. Transport must be organised by the individual, transport is not included as a component of the prize.

 

12. By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements.

 

13. We will collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering the promotion offer and to send you event information from Restaurant Month event organisers, Lemongrass Productions. Your details collected via this competition will not be shared with any third party unless you have opted in to receive such communications.

 

14. Gift Card Terms & conditions of use: Treat this Gift Card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, lost, or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or redeemed. This Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for travel products at our company owned Flight Centre stores within New Zealand and online. Gift Cards are not reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or foreign currency products. Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and it is the cardholder’s responsibility to use the full value before expiry, as unused balances will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires. Extensions are not permitted under any circumstances. Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards or those obtained via non-approved channels. 15. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.
